New jadual gaji for every DG grade staring to take effect from 1st July 2016. Every grade would enjoy one kenaikan tangga gaji.

Pekeliling Perkhidmatan SSM 2012 : New Salary Increase

Pekeliling Perkhidmatan for new 2012 SSM salary has been uploaded in JPA website. Teachers can check out the new pekeliling and know their new salary now which is 13% increase as announced.

Also can be found in the website is Pengiraan Pemindahan Gaji which can automatically calculate the new salary for 2012. Just select your Grade followed by previous 2011 salary and you will get your new January 2012 salary. To calculate your new salary now, click the link below .

Kenaikan Gaji Tahunan (KGT) Annual Increase

• KGT for new SSM is still the same as found in SBPA. 
• Example: Grade 41 KGT increase is RM225 which is a big different from RM90 KGT before this.
• Have to wait for kelulusan pergerakan gaji first before enjoying KGT, normally around May to June.
• Then KGT will be paid for the outstanding months.

 COLA

• COLA will only be enforced from 1st of April 2012. There is no outstanding (tunggakan) to be paid regarding COLA.

SPBA cancelled, New Salary Adjustment based on SSM

Below is the new info of cancellation of  Sistem Saraan Baru Perkhidmatan Awam (SPBA)

• SBPA is cancelled , returned to upgraded SSM
• Salary adjustment based on SSM matrix :
• 13 % for Pengurusan and Profesional ( grade 1-54)
• 9 % for Gred Utama and Khas C, B and A
• 8 % for Turus III and II
• 7 % for Turus I and Ketua Setiausaha (KSN)

• Matrix changed to Minimum and maximum - Grade 1- 54
• Minimum and maximum salary with the rate of RM80 to RM 320 for Grade 1-54 while Grade JUSA remain the same based on annual increment of SSM.

CUEPACS GAJI SBPA Proposal: RM700 to RM2500 Increase Grade 1- 54

 

Recently, the SBPA salary proposal presented by CUEPACS is focused on Grade 1  -54 group. Compare to Premier and JUSA group which has been enjoying SBPA salary around RM 60000, RM45000, RM 30000  per month. For example.

• Premier 1 : RM60,000 per month without allowance
• Premier 2 : RM40,000 per month without allowance
• Premier 3 : RM40,000 per month without allowance
• Premier 4 : RM35,000 per month without allowance
• JUSA C : increase more than RM5,000

What is interested here has been the CUEPACS demand of salary increase which  is quite surprising.
